Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or entering into a service agreement with us, you confirm that you accept these terms and have authority to do so on behalf of your organisation.

Our services

Truodo provides Odoo implementation, customisation, integration, migration, and support services. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timeline of any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or statement of work, which prevails over the general descriptions on this site.

Acceptable use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
  • Disrupt or interfere with the security or operation of the site.
  • Copy, resell, or misrepresent our content or services.

Intellectual property

All content on this website text, design, graphics, and code is owned by Truodo or its licensors and protected by applicable law. Odoo and related marks are the property of Odoo S.A. Custom work delivered under an engagement is assigned or licensed to you as set out in the relevant agreement.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Truodo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Liability under a service engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, unless an engagement agreement states otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date below reflects the current version; continued use of the site means you accept any changes.
